We are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to work in our Stockport head office.
To support in the day to day administration and effective running of the office.
Receptionist duties, acting as the first point of contact in the company for telephone and visitor enquiries
Accepting and managing daily deliveries
Supporting the MD with basic PA requirements including: diary management and travel arrangements
General office administrative duties
Flexibility to work in other areas of the business as required
Skills / experiences:
Ability to manage a range of responsibilities simultaneously
Previous experience working in a fast-paced administrative role

Friendly and professional manner to greet all visitors to the business or over the phone
We are looking to recruit an experience Account Manager to work in our Stockport head office.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, guiding them through projects from concept through to completion. The Account Manager will be energetic and proactive and will take full ownership of the project by placing the production order to specification, ensuring everything is completed to set deadlines and to the brief.
Prioritising workload, ensuring briefs and timelines are met to meet client’s needs.
Building rapport with production team to gather a firm understanding of the print and finishing process so they are able to advise on best print solutions to the client.
Completing and processing pre-production work order, detailing the print job, booking jobs in with suppliers.
Liaising with the Creative department to deliver brief.
Regularly liaising with Clients to provide status updates of jobs.
Managing their time between estimating and managing customers.
Skills / experiences:
Time management skills.
Account management experience.
Print production experience (ideally in POS but not essential) POS and 3D bespoke window builds are an advantage.
